Ryde River Group first met in March 2014. Eastern Yar
The Eastern Yar and its tributaries Scotchells Brook and Wroxall Stream are the largest water catchment on the Island. In places the river has been heavily modified. The Eastern Yar River Group first met in April 2014 and identified a number of opportunities that could be developed to improve its quality and how it functions, but these require a co-ordinated approach.
