Wroxall Wetlands 1 (2016)

Wroxall wetlands aimed to reducerun-off from farmland into Wroxall Stream.

In this project we:

• Installed one small farm scale bunding and re-seeding
• Restorated of small area of fen land
• Did some tree lightening to encourage tall herb growth

All of the above to intercept surface run-off from fields. We also

• Controlled Balsam along 4/5ths reach of water-course
• Treated Japanese Knotweed along the water-course
