Southern Water’s response to the Coronavirus

Help paying your bill:

We are mindful of the potential financial impact of the virus on some customers. We’re here to help if you’re struggling to pay your bill.

There are a range of different payment support schemes and tariffs available. Details of them can be found on our website: www.southernwater.co.uk/account/help-paying-your-bill

Helping avoid blockages:

As reports mount of toilet paper selling out across the country, people may resort to alternatives such as kitchen roll or wet wipes.

Please only flush the 3Ps – pee, poo and (toilet) paper – down the loo – everything else should go in the bin.

This will help reduce the risk of blockages in customers’ pipes and the sewer network that could cause flooding.
